All I can say is Thank you for taking the time to take care of my problem. Which my insurance had me calling places that they don’t cover including some in this company. Had an appointment with a different doctor in a different building which put me in touch with this doctor. This Doctor seen my problems and made a plan. So in 3 appointments I should be all set. Thanks again ?

My husband has not been to the dentist in a long time. They were wonderful with him today and made him feel very comfortable. The nurse and dentist we dealt with were both a delight and very informative. The front desk lady and the financial assistance lady were also wonderful. I was kinda panicking and on a time crunch and she helped me know what I needed to and got his extraction set up on the day and time that was good for us in a timely fashion.

My appointment with Aspen Dental, as a new patient, was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk, x-ray technician, hygienist, dentist and assistant office manager were all personable, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no charge for my 1st visit and they gave me a plan, with what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket costs would be, going forward, to take care of my dental issues. I would recommend Aspen if you’re looking for a new dental office. The only reason I did not give them a 5th star was the projected cost of their future services.
