I needed my carpet cleaned ASAP so I called three different carpet cleaning companies and left my contact info. Nick at Advanced Carpet was the Only one who replied. After getting a quote, I explained to him I was shopping around but I would call him back one way or the other. After a few hours went by, I called and confirmed our appointment. On day of service, Nick called to say he was in route with an ETA. His prompt service, attention and communication was outstanding. Nick came out this go round and cleaned my couches before Christmas! He cleaned an area my dog loves to sit and watch from all areas of our staircase, I call it his throne. Then he spot cleaned an area in my daughter's room where she got tons of make up! He did a wonderful job! My house smells amazing! He deodorized it all and left it with a fresh linen smell! I am so happy with my results! Amazing!
