Currently trying their emergency call number due to a complete loss of power which GA power says is not associated with them and they are not answering.

So I was able to get through to the emergency person. He was very helpful and helped me to work with Georgia Power to get everything sorted, which I feel he went beyond his job description in doing so. The one star missing is because I think the initial emergency contact process could be a little less squirrely.

Shane was over the job (new build) and our contact. Rough in crew was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up after themselves, setout crew Alverez was awesome! Very pleasant to work with and also cleaned up after themselves even being told we would handle it......Shane and Jacob handled the Punch out and everything promised has been done (over and above), we still have 4 outlets to install but I explained I wanted them done later due to the fact 2 are floor outlets for furniture and I don't want to be wrong! I wanted to wait til furniture is moved I and set up.......they said no problem! Awesome work experience with them and I own a plumbing company and used to do 450...read full review
