I had a frustrating experience when I came to pick up my online order. After trying to explain my situation, it seemed that nobody at the front desk could help and tried to give me the number for guest services because there was a technical issue that was associated with my account. Today, I applied for my store card and Candice (at the Kennesaw location) was so helpful, she took out time to explain the benefits of having an Ulta card and explained how I can take advantage of my points.
