Must must make a review went to this establishment to get my usual wash, and however, their card reader was down and they could not process payments. However, I did offer to pay cash because I had some cash on hand, but they would not accept and they just wanted to honor their customers by still giving them their washes so today I received a free wash
This is just great customer service and I am happy I was able to still get my car washed
Thank you tidal wave. Always a pleasure
Always get great car washes at Tidal Wave in Kennesaw off of Jiles Rd. Car wash was fast. Staff was friendly and courteous. Always excellent service, And I highly recommend this location.
I have been using this Carwash for several years and have one of their monthly plans. For quite a while now each time I go fewer of the vacuums work. It’s frustrating to be in the middle of drying the car and wanting to vacuum only to find out none of the vacuums within reach are connected or work.
