We used The Paint Pros recently for replacing some boards, railings and painting our screened-in porch.Very professional and his crew did a great job. The Painting Pros stand up to their name!! We just finished having our the exterior 3 story white modern house painted and after numerous quotes we knew it was going to be a tougher than usual job for anyone. But after meeting Ron and his team and talking through the job, we had no doubt we were in the best of hands. Ron is a top-tier expert with years of experience - and incredibly humble and kind. Ron guided us every step of the way and treated our house as if it was his - thoughtful and using quality materials. They provided some of the best customer service we have had in a very long time. The quote was thorough and more than fair and reasonable, and in the end there were no surprises. The foreman and the crew were exceptional and communicated with us every step of the way. We have recently had a lot of work done to our house and it can be frustrating to say the least. The Painting Pros never had us waiting for a call back and took as much time as needed to make sure we understood the process and allow us to go through the options they provided. There is no doubt we will go with them again, and can't wait!
We were very pleased with the Painting Pros. Ron and his crew were very professional from the estimate to the clean-up around our house after they were done. We really appreciated the attention to detail and way in which they communicated with us about what they would be working on each day and when they had to replace weathered/damaged wood. The crew did a great job at accommodating our concerns regarding our landscaping and flowering plants by being extra careful and covering the plants to protect them during the power washing phase. We will definitely call on The Painting Pros again.
