😁I started the New Year with a plumbing nightmare!! Do you know that I could not find one friend that could recommend a plumber!!! I was going to have to wing this selection on my own and that did not make me very happy! Superior Plumbing was the first name on the "Trust Dale" website, so I decided to call them ASAP! I literally prayed that I was making the right decision. It was late in the day and they were so busy but assured me they could come the very next day and they DID! Ronnie W. checked everything thoroughly before he gave me a detailed analysis of what he believed needed to be done. I agreed and he immediately went to work! This was such a huge mess but Ronnie kept at it.. taking pictures, videos of how things were working, explaining all of it to me .. I was so impressed with his "no pressure" approach along with displaying such confidence to finish the job!! I can honestly say without ANY hesitation, call Superior Plumbing if you need help!! We came home from vacation to find that we had a water problem stemming from a hole in a water pipe. Superior came out the day we called and fixed the problem. Andrew explained the situation and what his plan was to fix it. Customer service is great and the technicians are professional and personable. We were very pleased.
