Wonderful vet and support staff! These people truly care about pets more than price. The office is modest but the care is five star all the way. I am so grateful to have found them. My first visit was for teeth cleaning and extractions for my 2 small dogs. My previous version wanted to charge me $2,000 a piece for the procedure! Seriously, $4000 for the 2 of them. I left there so upset because they needed the treatment but. I couldn't afford that. A friend of mine told me about the Dr here and when I came here and they told me the total for both was going to run about $900 I burst into tears of happiness. Suburban vet clinic went above a beyond during our scenery! Our feline family member needed emergency care and Dr. Richardson and her team took amazing care of us. Her staff was extremely helpful and empathic. They took the time to make sure we understood and felt comfortable at every step of the process. The charge came out less than what we were originally quoted which was already a fair price. I hope we don’t need any further emergency services but we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
