In all my years of getting my taxes done, I’ve never been treated with such disregard. I met with Ellen Springer on May 8 for about an hour to get acquainted and discuss our tax preps, a good meeting. But it went downhill from there. By May 30 no one had contacted me about my taxes being done. I called and left messages for Ellen, but no replies. I contacted the office days later when I complained about the delay and lack of communication from them. A receptionist then told me “Rodger” was doing my taxes, and I asked for an update. Unfortunately I am a100% disabled Vietnam Vet.Just to let it be known that this tax preparers service has overcharged us,with no answer for their negligence of our tax refund.I would not recommend these people to anyone. ???☹️?????
