SA IT Services has been our managed services provider for over four years. During the initial migration, they had to navigate around a virus implanted into our major system by the former provider and did so with an abundance of patience. Since the initial migration, SA IT has ensured that our data security levels were appropriately reviewed and updated, data redundancy was significantly enhanced, and all hardware and software evaluated and replenished as needed while considering our sometimes limited IT budget. We have benefited from their purchasing acumen and their responsiveness in working with a wide range of experience levels among our users. Not once have we been treated as a small company unworthy of attention typically given to a larger entity. Their realism and professionalism, plus competency and courtesy in all interactions has proven that our decision to renew our contract is based on a solid partnership. Thank you SA IT!
