We have been using this company for the past 10 years now and can't believe I am only now writing a review!! Every IT related issue that we encountered as a company they have resolved. We even expanded a few years ago and they helped us with all the hardware and the connections so everyone could work together.

I have let our IT languish for years I am sad to say. Too many bad experiences, too much money.HOWEVER the team at RTS took this mess (see before picture) and turned it into a highly organized rack (see after picture) and we are extremely happy we called them after getting a referral from another business.I now have them working on a 17 item to do list to catch up our IT in the rest of the office as well as our home based employees. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable--not to mention professional and timely! Thank you.
