Tiago and his crew were great! The estimate process was seamless and the pricing was more than fair. They redid my master closet, master bedroom, upstairs hallway, and stairs with LVP within a day. I then had them come back and change out the nursery, laundry, and second bathroom upstairs which again took less than a day while maintaining great quality and service. Highly recommend for your flooring needs!
I had 5 flooring quotes to replace entire main floor flooring and stairs before finding this company. No one would give a quote over the phone for any services. I decided on Oliv floors for a few reasons. First reason was Tiago professionalism. He gave me a quote on our home stairs with just pictures I sent him. The stair price was so affordable, so I asked about the rest of the house. He came out and did thorough estimate. He had samples to show me and plenty of pictures of the work they had previously done. Extremely detailed, they really care about the house hold they work in. They even did some extras at nocharge around the house for me. They communicated every morning, sent details pictures of how the work was coming along. Good moral compass on these guys. Completely comfortable leaving my house in there hands.Would use them 10000% times again.Thank you!!
