I went in and spoke with Mike. I said you guys have loads of bad reviews, and I'm a little timid about getting my nails done here. He let me decide and since he could take me right away, I took a chance. I was NOT disappointed!! He was a great conversationalist, and gave me the exact nail look I wanted. I came in on a weekday afternoon and got a gel fill in. A few hours later the polish started bubbling and peeling right off. I went back in the next day and they fixed it for no charge. Well, the following day the polish started peeling again! I called and asked if I could just get my money back and they expressed that they "don't do refunds" but can fix them again. I said I already had them done twice and just wanted a refund but she insisted that they don't refund money. I have been coming here for 2 years but this disappointed me!

Went on a Sunday to get gels nails and my feet done. Customer service at lack luster. My get nails only lasted a week and the guy doing my hands and feet seemed cold. Another customer came I'm around 5:30 and they told her in as a two hour wait to deter her from getting her nails done because they close at 6:00 on Sundays Overall would not recommend
