In November I got a new pair of glasses and had the pleasure of dealing with Jyrell Reaves. He was outstanding!!! Yesterday I went into get my glasses tightened and had the pleasure of having Jyrell Reaves help me. This young man is so nice and respectful. He is truly an asset to My Eye Doctor in Kennesaw. Again, he went above and beyond.

Jyrell was so wonderful with helping me pick the best frames. He made sure I was comfortable and checked in every process of the way until my frames were delivered. Bless this office!

The doctors and techs that run the pre-doc exams have always been wonderful. However, when the exam is over, the extreme high pressure sales for more contacts or another pair of glasses (both prescription and readers...which I can get at Walmart...) that both my husband and I experienced is irritating enough that I'll drive further and go back to my old location or change places all together. I may drive further, but I'm not going to willingly walk into a high pressure sales pit again. And now, four months later, Eye Doctor says I still owe $60 that was uncovered...and I had them call to confirm what was covered and not covered before agreeing to any service during...read full review
