They arrived within the timeframe we were scheduled for. Removed the old adjustable frame out. Unpacked the new frame and assembled and tested it without a hitch.

Love this company! When arranging my appointment online around noon, I figured same-day pick-up from my home address was not happening. Was I wrong! LoadUp was totally on top of the pick-up and came by inside of 90 minutes. I left the item outside and they took care of the rest. Customer support was also excellent and they let you know when your loader is on their way 30 minutes in advance of arrival. Texting the loader to finalize the details was easy. My only concern was how to tip a person I was never going to meet. LoadUp permits e-tipping through a follow-up email. I will definitely use LoadUp again. Among the most efficient companies with whom I've ever done business.

We appreciated the high tech internet customer service coupled with hiring real, local people. Alex was amazing. They moved everything we needed removed, didn’t nick a single wall and hauled it all off. Great service.
