Their crew installed new flooring in our home, and they did a wonderful job. With just over 1100 sq. ft of flooring to install they were able to complete the job in one day. The work was excellent and the interaction with Chico was top notch. From the estimate to completion of the project professionalism and interest in customer satisfaction were paramount. I was working on a home DIY project replacing the floors in the downstairs of my house which was easy when ripping up the carpets and not so easy when I got to ripping up the old hardwood. Because the hardwood was glued down to my concrete slap, it was near impossible to do with just the demo hammer I rented from Home Depot. In an absolute panic of what to do while my house looked like a construction zone, I called Chico from KC and told him about the predicament I was in.
