“PCT Clean was so amazing from start to finish! We had Erika do our walk-through/scheduling and Janet, Yolisbet, and Maricela were part of the cleaning crew. All of them did such an incredible job, we were stunned with the results. We had a move-in clean done and they went above and BEYOND to make it 100% ready for us. I really appreciate their services - they are such lovely people and I am so pleased to have found them!”

Aquastar Cleaning Services

1943 Shiloh Valley Trail NW, Kennesaw

Sat 9AM - 2PM

“I booked a move-in deep cleaning service and had specifically requested a few areas to be thoroughly cleaned, so I was disappointed to find that some of those areas were still not cleaned properly.

There was still dust on basic shelving, the inside of the kitchen drawers needed to be cleaned again, and there were still marks left on the refrigerator. I had to ask the team to go back and re-clean several areas before they finished.

The pricing was reasonable, and the team was nice, but overall, I felt the cleaning lacked attention to detail, especially for a service advertised as a deep cleaning. I expected a more thorough job, particularly in the areas I had specifically requested in advance.

Marcos and the customer service team were very responsive, and I appreciate that they followed up properly to address my concerns. Because of their prompt communication and follow-up, I’m updating my rating to 4 stars. Thank you!”
