“My experience at MC Studio was wonderful. I scheduled my appointment with Lola. I went in to do a full color transformation, changing from blonde to something darker and more manageable. Ms. Lola was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process. We had a back-and-forth conversation where I showed her pictures of what I wanted and asked for her thoughts. I felt she was very honest and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. Lola even shared her idea with her colleague and asked for a second opinion to ensure everything would turn out just right. “My friend Celina referred me here. I booked a last minute appointment for 9:30pm which I gladly accepted b/c I don’t get off til 6:15pm. I called to confirm appt and they asked if I could come earlier which I agreed to. I asked for a crochet braid down so I could install myself. I came wash & blow dried(my preference). I showed the young lady a picture and with the instruction of another stylist she executed beautifully. The reference picture is exactly what I was looking for! She did not braid tight. She was gentle and efficient. I arrived at 8:50pn, she started at 8:57pm and by around 9:45 I was finished! Thank you for the professionalism.
