Had a great experience on the store today with the sales associate Klay. He helped me out after I came back into the store multiple times trying to find what guitar I wanted. He took some pictures of the guitar for me when I asked him to use my phone. And he helped me get all set up and get the exact guitar I wanted. I have been coming here for years, and this experience will definitely make me come back again.
They train their employees right they'll give you all the help you need or all the slack you need to shop. It's like that everytime, whether your there for a $12 pack of strings or you're picking up your special order les Paul custom and new PA. They handle it all the same.
