Just want to say Tori is really awesome and my go to stylist here. Really have a gem with her working here. 5 stars she is very personable and also goes out of her way to give you a great haircut. Def recommend

The staff here is constantly changing with new stylists. I think that is the nature of this type of store. Making an appointment on the app is ridiculous. They don't seem to check you in until you arrive even though you are supposed to be in line. This visit, I waited at home and the time didn't change. Eventually I drove up and as I was walking from my truck my wait time doubled? Not sure if the staff is overriding the app or what but this is so frustrating and the second time in a row that this has happened. Our 4 year old has never sat for a hair cut that didn't involve him thrashing and screaming and leaving with only 1/2 his hair cut. Now we decided to give it a try again in a salon after two horrible at home cuts in a row.Tori was amazing! She talked to him, even at the kiddie salons they didn't do that. She let him pick out all her tools and gave him treats and let her cut his hair more than any other stylist ever had. Now he wasn't 100% cooperative but it's off his neck and ears and out of his eyes and that in itself is a blessing.They also gave us water for our babies bottle and gave out so many lollipops.
