Great customer service from Jackie and Rob! It was a comfortable, no 'pressure sales' type of experience. They were friendly and personable. After I picked out the carpet, the estimate/measurement process was thorough and quick. I was able to get the install scheduled within a week of the approved estimate. The installation side was very professional and the installer did a super job! I highly recommend Flooring Atlanta-Kennesaw.

A few years ago I made the mistake of going to a big retailer for flooring and this time I decided to do something different. The experience was amazing. Rob at the Kennesaw location came out and did measurements and then discussed some options with us that we hadn't thought of. My wife is one of the pickiest people ever when it comes to quality of work and for the first time in our marriage she didn't have a single thing she was unhappy with. The workers showed up on the day promised, completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. I am already planning on using them for the bathroom floors next.
