A few years ago I made the mistake of going to a big retailer for flooring and this time I decided to do something different. The experience was amazing. Rob at the Kennesaw location came out and did measurements and then discussed some options with us that we hadn't thought of. My wife is one of the pickiest people ever when it comes to quality of work and for the first time in our marriage she didn't have a single thing she was unhappy with. The workers showed up on the day promised, completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. I am already planning on using them for the bathroom floors next.
My sales guy Carl great employee 5plus Stars,Installers great five stars, the company/management and I had a missunderstanding,but with stellar follow up by Carl he rectified my concerns. So a big shout out to Carl Jefferson my sales guy for fixing this to my satisfaction
