The studio specializes in a blended martial arts program and exercise classes for all ages and fitness levels. ETO is a proven community partner, offering additional services such as self-defense training, CPR classes, team-building, special events, and performances by The Storm Demonstration Team. The studio also features a pro-shop with fitness products, apparel, and recognition awards. Customers praise ETO's high-quality training, affordable pricing, and welcoming community, with one student even driving from Cartersville to attend. ETO is a place that has taught our kids confidence and leadership. They focus on encouraging the kids to learn and work hard towards their technique and gives them real world applications on how to stay safe. Both of my children have gained confidence in themselves and my son is learning important leadership skills. It is a very family friendly environment and they give many opportunities for everyone to help out our community or anyone in need. I can’t say enough great things about these people.
