Daley, Juan, and Sonny removed the old dehumidifier and installed the new one and the upgrades I selected, taking pictures of the finished items. The were prompt, efficient and friendly.
Our furnace needed replacing, and Hector and Fernand from the Estes team came within a few days and replaced it quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed that Jacob in the Estes sales department gave us several options during our free estimate appointment to select from and did not try to forcefully upsell us on things we did not need.
We just had a new furnace installed by Estes Services and the installers Hector and Fernando were extremely professional and courteous. They made sure everything was done, reviewed by us, and gave us a thorough understanding of the new unit and thermostat.
This is the first time we have used Estes Services and from the presentation by Justin the sales person to the installation it has been nothing short of first class professionalism.
