Daley, Juan, and Sonny removed the old dehumidifier and installed the new one and the upgrades I selected, taking pictures of the finished items. The were prompt, efficient and friendly.
Our furnace needed replacing, and Hector and Fernand from the Estes team came within a few days and replaced it quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed that Jacob in the Estes sales department gave us several options during our free estimate appointment to select from and did not try to forcefully upsell us on things we did not need.
