Have been a customer since we moved to Cherokee County in 2000. Preston has been our tech for a LONG time and very efficient, honest, trustworthy, professional and can't say enough about him.
Excellent company! Mike handled out backflow testing again this year and completed the job quickly, efficiently and sent us our test results. High recommend this team of professionals and enjoy working with Mike for our plumbing needs!
Tech was really nice. This place used to give more reasonable quotes but I’m not sure that’s the case anymore. No fault of the technician however - we just historically got great quotes here and definitely it was not as low as normal this time but it was our third quote and we were ready to get it fixed and they have a 70$ fee if you do not have work done. Will probably check out other options next time now that I know it’s different than it was 3-4 years ago.
