Phil and his team have been incredibly easy to work with and very professional. I can tell they care about each of the families they serve and are constantly looking at ways to improve the experience for their employees.
Whenever I've had need of caregiving support and household help over the past two years, Comforting Arms was my first call. First, they care about me. Second, they listen enough to recommend a good match for my needs. I've been happy with the caregivers who have helped me.
My family used Comforting Arms for several years ... starting with a few hours of care for my father when my mother wasn’t able to ... showers, etc. Then they started helping both my parents! Eventually after my father passed away, they spent a lot of time with my mother, even spending the night before we were able to move her to assisted living! They were wonderful with my mother and she loved having them there! They would even take her to doctor’s appointments if I wasn’t available, played games with her which she loved and they would take her for walks or out to lunch!
