I have been so busy planning a wedding, being in school full time and working part time. I am not a prior customer of this group but the place I normally go is over 30 minutes away. I came in the other day while I was running errands because my glasses broke the night before. They were so kind. They still fixed my glasses for me and didn’t charge me. They gave quick and professional work all while having the best customer service. I am so grateful that they helped me because I don’t know how I could have made it work to get my glasses fixed otherwise. Patricia was the main person to help me and she was lovely. The management team contacted me and are looking at the the problem with the appointment and scheduling service. They offered up a work around and we were able to discuss things. Changing back to 5 stars because I can appreciate a business that listens and offers up solutions!
After years of putting up with the communication issues regarding appointments and redundant follow ups I am discontinuing any business with them. Sad, because the on site team is great. If they could handle their appointments in house and not rely on their current appointment scheduling process they would be better off IMO. Good bye for now Classic Vision...read full review
