Doctor eric and his staff are the most lovely people on the planet. They do everything they can within their power to ensure that they can get you in as quickly as possible.And that you have a good experience. They listen and don't forget the next time you come in if you've advised them something you don't like or you have fears of something.They remember. They actually can create crowns in the office, which makes the whole crown process. So much easier and less time consuming... One sitting, they take your tooth down to the right size. You sit while they create The Crown with a computer. It bakes in the oven or kiln. I'm not sure what they use.....then 25 minutes later...read full review

Dr. Duncan and his staff are absolutely top-notch—timely, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I went in with a broken tooth and left looking (and feeling) like a celebrity. Highly recommend!
The team here has always done great work. They are thorough, explain things along the way and give me confidence that we are pursuing the best outcomes. I've had a less than great experience elsewhere (national chain) so I ask a lot of questions and Dr. Duncan and staff are always patient and more than willing to explain. I unfortunately moved north so have to leave this practice but want to take the time to let them know how much I appreciate them!
