This business was previously owned by Atlanta Environmental Pest Services. Northwest Exterminating took over last year. I was with Atlanta Environmental Pest Services since 2012 and did yearly termite control where they place sentricon bait into the ground. Last year in October, when Northwest took over they came and inspected, and sent an invoice with a 0.00 balance. Now in May they said my contract expired due to non payment. They never sent another invoice or bill! (I even sent them proof, nor could they find where another invoice was sent out.) Now they are saying that in order to reinstate the contract I must pay a reinstatement fee of $150 plus the past due amount and do another inspection to make sure I don't have termites. Why do I have to pay a reinstatement fee when it was their error, and why should I have termites if you just placed the sentricon in October 2022? Update-The inspector came out and looked at the invoice and decided that we shouldn't be charged a reinstatement fee. Thanks Brandon!

Skye was an amazing technician. Very informative and respectful. He gave us a heads up and let us know when and what he was doing. I highly recommend him to any house hold for pest control.
