Chuck is the owner-operator, and it shows. He knows not just chimneys, but fireplaces. What makes them safe. What makes them beautiful. What makes them work properly. He cared for our home as if it were his own. I trust him. I have used other firms over 25 years. Never again. This is the best team in town.

This team was very professional, documented the areas needing attention with photographs, offered comprehensive services to get our 34 year old fireplace and chimney clean, safe, and up to code. They were very quick to respond to any communication, and brought an entire team to accomplish the necessary work quickly. In addition, the owner of the company who was always on site with his team, left us with solid practical advice on how to care for our fireplace to maintain safety.
