Our hot water heater burst and flooded 90% of the basement. The insurance company sent ARS to provide mitigation services. Today is only the 4th day since our initial contact with ARS, but we are so far pleased with the way things are moving. Alex and his mitigation team have put customer service to the forefront. Everyone has been efficient and professional. They explain what is taking place and clearly answer all of our questions. We had an unexpected pipe burst while on vacation, and coming home to water damage was overwhelming. Fortunately, a neighbor referred us to ARS Mitigations.
