I want to follow up on a negative review I left last week. After my review Jason the sales manager called me and wanted the specifics of what I described in my previous review. He offered to come out and personally treat my property which he did very thoroughly. He was prompt and professional. I was impressed that he listened and didn't get defensive. Great rebound. I will be staying with Lookout because of Jasons exceptional customer service.

They know we've got a big animal in our attic and they keep coming back to try and capture it. Frustrating for us and for them, but they keep trying. No complaints. Hoping for success at some point.

Gerano is one of the most respectful, professional and knowledgeable pest techs! I texted him and let him know that I have been experiencing ants in the laundry room. He modified his next day schedule in order to accommodate me.I have been an AnyPest customer for 6 years. I was referred by my mother who was one of Monty's first customers almost 30 years ago.
