We initially purchased a Groupon for discounted window cleaning and were going to also have them clean the gutters. Due to a computer issue, they did not arrive for the appointment. They rescheduled for the following day and also were a no show. At this point I got a refund on the Groupon and was going to look for someone else. Nelly from Abracadabra called and was extremely apologietic. She offered to come out with the crew personally and offered to honor the Groupon even though it was refunded. They did an amazing job (inside and outside windows, gutters, and stils). While we had a bit of a rough start, they definately made it right !!

Been using for years. Do a good job on the windows. The only complaint I would have is that they didn't leave things as they were when they got here. In other words, if they moved something or opened blinds they didn't put back as they found them. That should be a given especially since I paid over $700. Windows look good.
