Lake Joy med stop has the best service and quickest compassionate care. JACEY and CINDY were the ones who specifically worked to make my visit A1. I Highly recommend this location for Adult and Children services. 10 out of 10!! Outstanding!!!! From the entry to the care. Top tier!! I also had x-rays taken and even that gentleman was nice and very gentle!.
Doctor ham was amazing and you can tell she knows her stuff. She professionally handle my situation and professionally gave advice for aftercare and notes for my primary! All around 10/10 I hope they keep Mrs. Ham she's a god send !
The pediatric urgent care service here was phenomenal. My son broke his collarbone on a Sunday, and he was in a lot of pain. The lady at check-in was patient, helpful, and had a great attitude (took me a minute to find my insurance card 🫣). Our nurse Amelia was top notch! She was gentle with my son’s injury and listened intently (like he was a valuable human, not just a silly kid) when he told her how it happened and about his pain. Then, Dr. Carswell was wonderful too. She asked us questions and then let me ask her some, too. I really appreciated the clarity in her answers and the way she swiftly put in the order for the x-ray.
