Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them for a quote to move and the gentleman asked me for the zip code and I gave it to him he said it was an hour drive. I told him it was a 2 hour drive he got mad and hung the phone up. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

The only reason i put 1 star is because 0 stars wasn’t available. We contacted them and they were quick to say they were available to move on the day we had scheduled. The initial day they were supposed to be to the house by 10:30 am. Once that time passed and several phone calls later they advised that they were not gonna make it until after 5 pm. We had a conversation and we’re able to reschedule for 3 days later which was the absolute last day that we could do it before we sold the home and had to be out. Contacted compny several times and made sure all services were identifide to include shipping to two separate storage units near Cleveland GA. Truck arrived and loading and packing began. I reviewed promised services with the leader. The leader balked at all the services promised then stated they did not deliver to Cleveland area. Orders were given by the leader to unload my belongings and stop packing procedures. Eventually leader quit talking to me have tried to contact anyone at the listed Ohio number. Never an answer.
