When we called to begin the job, he was able to send a crew the day we requested-within less than a week. They arrived on time (7am) and immediately started working. By 8:30pm, they completed the project and ensured everything was completely cleaned up. They covered bushes and protected anything where roof debris may fall and left the yard, drive and surroundings completely cleaned. The architectural shingles are beautifully laid and the job is very professional. We are beyond 100% satisfied. We were very pleased with job and the cost. We found Ark to be very reasonable. Tyler was onsite for any questions and was quick to deliver the crew the plywood to redo around the chimney, where the wood was rotting. Gratefully, it had not yet begun to leak.
