    This company is the worst I don't know how they are still in business. The employees are extremely unprofessional!! Jakia if that's how you spell her name to which I really don't care need to take a leadership class. She has NO business being an account manager. I see why this company has a 1.6 on the reviews!! Garbage

    Rude and disrespectful… Business won’t last long with this type of customer service and the way the company operates in general. Get a car with them at your own RISK… Overall, you will end up paying an amount you could pay for a brand new car when you add all the payments up!!

    These people that work in customer service ARE RUDE AS HELL!!! I called this morning back too back too speak with a specific person . She wasn’t in that was okay. I asked too speak with a manager YONI WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE! She wouldn’t let me speak or anything!!!! I asked too speak too someone higher up they eventually called me back and worked a payment plan out for me with no issues!! Believe the reviews about this place.!! Hire people with respect!!!!!!!!’
