Very professional and helpful inside rental people, not completely organized on the yard, couldn't find the equipment I rented at first but within 2 or 3 min it was being driven out of the service area and ready to go. I haven't had any problem with anything I've rented from skid steer, scissor lifts to excavators.
So far so good well yeah they didn't have what I wanted in Jonesboro so I had to drive all the way to Griffin to get it and then the lady at Griffin was kind of cuckoo and rude at the end whatever it was the end of the week Friday night. Didn't bother me. But I had my battery die and I was unable to raise it lower the trailer deck for the excavator I rented but Jonesboro came through gave me an extra day for free which was nice and then I kept it for a week. After they changed out the battery for the trailer of course.One thing I don't understand and I get it they're in the rental tool business but if you have to rent an excavator where you always will need a trailer...read full review
