Jade and Justin are the best. I advise them I want to allow my nails to breathe but don't want the drilling on my nails. They found something that will work for me. They understood what I wanted. Thanks jade and Justin ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well today wasn't a good day at spa nails.So I gave them 2 stars.The nail tech was not people friendly today,She look like she was mad. Starting with my toes I feel like not enough time spent on my feet.It was a quick job.Then The full set ,the tech left clunks of gel under the nail.The only thing that turned out good was my eyebrow arching. And the technicians standing there waiting on a tip.which only one of them got a tip.

Poor customer service. Walked in and told the lady what I wanted(manicure,pedicure,eyebrows and lip waxing). Waited a few minutes and got a guy who gave a rough pedicure and kept asking to me to pay. I told him I would pay all at once. Remind that I wanted my eyebrows done ,waited a few minutes and the the lady came in to do eyebrows. Did them and I reminded her about my lip waxing..she had the nerve to roll her eyes and say "Why didn't you tell me in the first place " ? I was caught off guard.
