Not sure about the two bad reviews but I've always had great customer service with the owner and anybody working with her. They are no where near being scammers nor will they take your money. The owner likes to take her time with every order that she has to fill, even if it means not getting it the day she says it will be ready. Its just like if you order from Amazon, Ebay or any other company and they tell you that your order will be delivered on a certain day and its not. People make mistakes and things happen especially with equipment in a shop. The quality of Graphics by Z's work is excellent and the owner is so creative and has been in business for over 20 years....read full review
