Melissa started my locs 2 years ago and she is the only loctician that I allow to touch my hair. I love the new spot on upper Riverdale rd! It's very upscale, classy, and elegant and has a relaxing ambiance. I'm so excited to that I'll be going to Diamond Salon Suites for my hair needs!
