I have gone to Alexa for several appointments. She helped me dye my hair a pretty ginger color and then helped me dye it back brown for the fall. Both of those appointments took 4-6 hours and she gave me a very fair price. I have continued going to her for cuts and she did an amazing job this last time when i wanted to try adding some fun layers to my hair. I absolutely love it. My favorite parts of my visits is getting to chat with Alexa. She is such a fun person to talk to and i can confidently say i have never felt bored at one of her appointments. Alexa has been cutting my hair since the beginning of 2024, and while I only go every few months I can say I’ve never left unhappy. She has some of the best customer service manners and attitude of most people in the hair industry, and part of why I love to go is to laugh and catch up with her. She can give you anything. Be it you’ve got an exact idea in mind for your hair or you just want to randomize it up, she’s got you and has a plan. I’m going on 6.5 weeks since Kim did my hair and I cannot WAIT to book my next appointment with her!! She looked at my photo and my hair and knew what I needed. I haven’t received so many compliments on my hair in so long! I cannot wait for my next appointment with Kim! Purple and blonde here I come!
