Pedro and the entire team at Shadow Wood Flooring are absolutely amazing. They just replaced my carpet with hardwood laminate and it was the best and easiest experience ever. From the initial phone call with Miranda (who is beyond nice and so helpful) and the initial consult with Pedro the entire process was flawless. Their customer service is amazing, their products are top of the line and the quality of work they do is not even comparable to others. Late last year we had a tree company drop a tree on our house. We had a General Contractor come and fix the house that the tree affected. The General Contractor had part of the flooring replaced in the house. While we were not living at home we decided to have another flooring company come and replace the other flooring in our house to match. We hired Shadow Wood to come out. When Pedro came and gave us an estimate he was very informative and explained everything that needed to be done. They came out and did the job quickly and well. We had a few issues in the transition areas from the other floor company the contractor's hired. This in no way was Shadow Woods issue but they came out and fixed the issues without delay and at no extra cost. I would 100% hire them again. We are getting our carpets stairs replaced to wood or LVT flooring. We will be calling this company back to fix any flooring needs we have. Thank you so much for all you have done and explaining everything so well to us in the process.
