ok service. However, when things didn't go right they tried to blame me. Very bad experience when things got bad and we needed them to get the parameters back in line. I would not recommend them for anyone.

We could not be more pleased with Don and PHD Pool Doctor. They are very hardworking and thorough, and take their time to get it just right. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend.

Awful interaction with this company from start to finish...complete lack of professionalism and lack of response. I contracted with them for a pool inspection for a new home purchase. Once payment was made....enter 'lack of response' HERE! Additionally the report they gave me was so grammatically embarrassing that I couldn't even share it with the sellers! Complete waste of time and money! If they're this INEPT at a simple inspection....do you really want the EXPOSURE of them ACTUALLY REPAIRING you pool or spa??? I'd think long and hard about that!!!! Ps - Gave one star because I HAD to!
