The 5k special service is amazing, providing a detailed inspection of the vehicle. Customers are grateful for the attention to detail, constant communication, and the use of a loaner car during the service. The service managers, such as Ed, are highly recommended for their professionalism and for going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.
I brought my Lexus to LexTechs for service two weeks ago and was quite impressed! Ed made everything easy for a new customer and took the time to show me digital images of the car so I could see exactly what was being done. Everyone was professional and I felt that my car was in great hands. I will definitely be bringing my car back for routine maintenance from this point on. Thanks LexTechs!
For over a decade, LexTechs has been my go-to shop, dating back to their original Decatur location. A tow truck driver first recommended them to me years ago when my older Lexus needed attention, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. The team consistently delivers knowledgeable, professional service you can trust. They set the standard for what automotive care should be.
We've taken both of our Lexus vehicles to LexTechs every maintenance cycle for over three years now. We get reliable service at a fair price from an honest, upfront company. I can always trust LexTechs with my vehicles.
