I have had a membership for the last 3 years or so and I’ve enjoyed my services. I love how thorough my therapists have been and how they do an assessment prior to service. The therapist I started with don’t work there anymore however I recently tried out Christy and I highly recommend her. I was totally satisfied with my service.

Had a 90 minute massage with Collin and I left feeling such relief. I usually prefer deep pressure but his medium pressure and massage style gave me a relaxing and new approach to loving massages. Very therapeutic.Front desk has always been polite and kind.Will be back!

I've been coming to La Vida for 2 years or so and have tried out a few therapists in that time. Rebecca is hands down my favorite. She is sweet, attentive, and soooooo good. She's done a really great job completely putting me at ease so that I can relax and enjoy. Highly recommend :)
