I can understand why some reviews felt like the hair stylist is rude or careless given the blunt approach he takes to understand the style you want. However, my overall experience was great. First off, he took ample time to understand the style I wanted (even though I didn't quite know what I wanted going in). He was very knowledgeable about the different hairstyles, and getting the haircut was pleasant. The conversations we had (in Korean) were also very thoughtful and memorable. In the end, my hair came out great. I would highly recommend if you're in the area!
It was my first time visiting, and they are really good at cutting men's hair.
Plus, he's kind. My wife asks where I cut it and says she is sending my son here as well. Good, good.
