Loved it! I was a little nervous coming in( I’ve never done cryotherapy before) but Viola was so helpful and knowledgeable! She walked me through all the options, told me what everything does, the duration of each, and what to expect! I absolutely loved it 10/10 recommend!!!
This place is awesome, from a guy point of view, Cryotherapy is the way to go, 3 minutes in there and you feel as good as new, if you have join pain or inflammation issues, this freeze will give a boost to your immune system, i use it as a maintenance therapy, on top of my quiro work and makes my pain discomfort more manageable.
Viola and Jennifer are always there to treat you well and pamper you :) , highly recommended and the pricing is spot on.
They have many other services but my wife is the one enjoying those, me, Cryo is what it works..
