Comprehensive Neurology Specialists

I am giving 3 stars because the nurse practitioners and office manager were really nice. I would give them a 5. but the front desk, I would give one star. We havent met the doctor yet which was a little disappointing after waiting months for this appointment.

Dr Waldrop is amazing! You can tell right away he really cares about his patients. He listens and responds, is never dismissive, and always works to match the symptoms to a diagnosis. He spends plenty of time with each patient, ensuring all their needs are met before leaving his office. He always walks his patients to checkout and is supremely friendly and informative throughout the whole visit. Dr Waldrop really wants his patients to understand what is going on with their symptoms, what can be done to help, and any possible solutions to greatly improve their quality of life. I’m so surprised by these reviews, because my experience has been completely different! I’ve mainly been seen and treated by Rita, who is awesome. Both her and Dr. Waldrop are really great; kind and eager to try and solve my migraine issues. The office has been very helpful with pushing medication through that was previously denied by my insurance and for refilling my meds— an issue I’ve seen others complain about. Maybe they have gotten better recently? Because I’ve had no issues.
